What is AireBuy? AireBuy is an Internet Bidding system that allows registered carriers to bid on trips. To learn more about AireBuy please contact Grand Aire at 419.865.1780 or visit our AireBuy page.

How can I get registered to use AireBuy? You can get registered to use AireBuy by clicking on the New User , filling out and submitting the carrier information form. Once this form has been submitted you will be given additional instructions. If you have any questions or problems please call us at 419.865.1780.

What is Trip Tracker? Trip Tracker is a service where our customers can track in real-time their charter. Trip Tracker features include graphical flight tracking, a complete communication log and the ability to send messages directly to the representative running your charter. I'm a vendor trying to bid on trips, but when I try to login I get an "invalid password" message. What should I do? First, make sure that you are logging in to "AireBuy" and not "Trip Tracker". The Trip Tracker login is a different service. Second, please verify that you are entering your username and password correctly.
